Are you dreaming of becoming the next Miss DC? If so, you must meet certain requirements in order to be eligible for the competition. To enter the Miss DC pageant, contestants must be between 18 and 28 years old and must have reached the age of 18 on the first day of participation. Additionally, a DC senior competition is held each year to select the District's woman aged 60 or older who will represent the District of Columbia as Mrs. The contestants compete for the title in four categories and are judged on their elegance, poise and style during their interview, their philosophy of life and their evening wear presentations.
The winner will serve as Ms. Senior DC throughout the year and will represent the District in Ms. Senior America. When it comes to pageant performances, it's important to know when and where they will take place.
Additionally, contestants should be aware of how to get to Myer-Henderson Hall Joint Base, if food and drinks are available at events, and what a Twilight tattoo program looks like. The Washington Military District will continue to follow DoD guidelines and CDC recommendations to ensure the safety of our soldiers, families, Army Department civilians, contractors and our community.
